I called Saturday (4 business days ago) to get a service quote and got a call center. The call center told me they can't give me a quote, nor can they transfer me to the store. I did not get a return call. I tried calling today and the line hung up on me several times. I've been getting my car serviced there for years and have also purchased cars from them. It shouldn't be this complicated.

Tried to rip me off and force me into a warranty. Tried charging me 1199 dealer prep for a vehicle used and not prepped and 600 to e file a title. I spoke with the one star manager Sebastian and after recording him lying to me, ended the conversation!! They’re price gouging and lying through their teeth. They’re the reason car salespeople get a bad rap. Go somewhere else!! Because I am sure I’m not the only one they lie too!! Buyer beware!!
Worst dealership to work with by far. Can never get ahold of their finance department and the younger girl who works the front desk is a liar

On or about on July 15, 2024, I was looking to purchase a 2024 Nissan Rouge. I met with Salesman, Carson Saunders, who was very polite and professional. Carson was very knowledgeable about the cars he showed me, and was very passionate about helping me find my “new” car. He made me feel very comfortable throughout the entire deal. Carson is definitely an asset to Nissan and in my opinion, he has a great future ahead of him in the car business.

Great pre sale, horrid post sale. Is unable to type or use email or a phone. Unsure what’s so hard about basic customer service. Minimum wage paid teenagers have offered me a better customer experience than the flashy Ill mannered sales guy who thinks he’s above basic communication.

Last week I brought in my 1 of 1 Nissan Altima built on Wednesday in November of 2016. My vehicle was driving funny. Requested to drive with the technician to verified my concern. The technician “Son” was really knowledgeable and knew the problem right away! 2 days later and a new transmission, my 2.5 S Altima is really to hit the drag strip again!!!

Ryan Datadeen the tech did a great job on my car. Came in for an oil change, alignment, and to change my tires needless to say my car was driving smooth as ever. He did the job very quick too I was in and out within an hour all while being greeted with great customer service with the staff there. 10/10 must try again.
