I was very pleased in my buying experience at Wesley Chapel Nissan. The sales associate, Jerry, was very professional and knowledgeable. Finance Manager, John, was a pleasure to deal with.

My appointment was scheduled. Was promptly acknowledged. Went over any questions with the Service Writer. He took me into the waiting area..also, let me know they had a van that would take me to the mall, etc. if I preferred not to wait. Met, Steve, who I believe may be service manager. Extremely personable, knowledgeable, accomodating, and efficient. I must mention the cashier. She is a woman with a job description that no doubt doesn't include half of what she does. Pleasant, the go to person for most of the staff, clean the coffee pot, make sure the pastries are fresh...A person that probably doesn't get much of a thank you or credit for the great job she does.
