Michael Bonello, the service advisor I worked with on my last visit in December was no longer at Wesley Chapel Nissan and I was told Chris Hill would be my new service advisor. They worked very hard to come up with a vehicle for me and I appreciate that. And they were very generous with the trade in for my old car. I love the car they picked, as I was limited with what I could pay. The only thing that I would change is that, because they wanted me to get a car, they rammed the sale through and I ended up buying it the same day with an "As Is" clause, after the car had been traded in the day before. I don't really know if they checked it thoroughly and whether there is anything wrong with it. I would gladly have waited until Monday so the car could be checked out, but no one asked me.
